Thanksgiving Point Location Ideas (Utah Photographer, Heather Ellis Photography)

The Thanksgiving Point gardens are beautiful, and as a Utah Wedding Photographer they are one of my favorite places to shoot!!! Thanksgiving Point is a beautiful place for a wedding or a wedding reception. It is also wonderful for shooting engagement photos and bridal photos. There are 2 different gardens there, and here are examples of each.

Adam and Angela's Thanksgiving Point Bridal Session (Utah Wedding Photographer)

Adam and Angie were married yesterday, so I can finally share their First Look and their beautiful Bridal/Formal Session we did at Thanksgiving Point. It was a perfect evening with amazing light, and I loved watching how in love these two are. Congratulations to them on their wedding!

Megan's Thanksgiving Point Bridal Session (Utah Wedding Photographer)

Megan was married last September, and I just realized I never blogged her beautiful Bridal session at Thanksgiving Point! It started raining during the session, but she was such a good sport as we waited for it to pass. Megan is so beautiful inside and out, and I am so honored that I got to spend this time with her!

Welcome :) I am Heather, and thank you for stopping by! I love photography, I love my family (which consists of one very tall husband and one very red-headed little boy), and I love meeting new friends and clients! I am truly blessed.

A few random facts about me:

- I love singing and performing, and I actually studied Musical Theater in New York City once upon a time :) Come by my house on any random day and you will probably see my son and I dancing and singing while we clean the house.

- I LOVE mint ice cream and coconut frozen yogurt!!!

- In high school I was a professional Balloon Twister! I would go to restaurants on weekends and make balloon animals for adorable kids and for teenage boys trying to impress their dates :)

- I have insomnia, so if you email me at 2:00 am, you will probably hear back from me right away

- I love TV. All kinds of TV. It's an addiction.

I am a photographer who strives to capture classic, timeless images. I believe in making pictures look natural, while showing you at your best! I also believe that a photo should evoke emotion and bring back memories every time you look at it, so capturing that emotion is my main goal in every photo. I look forward to working with you!
