Amanda and Ben's Wedding (St. George Wedding Photographer)

This wedding was back in December, but I was just looking through my blog and realized I never blogged about it! So here it is! Amanda and Ben are seriously SO.MUCH.FUN! We laughed the entire time, and they are so in love. It was a pleasure and an honor to be a part of their special day.

Thanksgiving Point Wedding Expo

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being a part of the Thanksgiving Point Bridal Expo! I love doing these expos, because I get to meet so many new, happy brides (and even grooms)! The interior designer in me also loves setting up cute booths :) Thank you to all the brides who came, and I hope to speak to you soon!

PS Sorry about the blurry photo, apparently I can't take a clear picture with my new phone! Next time I will be sure to remember to take my camera!

Shelby and Sam Engagements (Downtown Provo Engagement Photography)

I LOVED meeting with this couple on a cool Saturday morning a few weeks ago. I am not a morning person, but they made it fun :) I do love the morning light, and there was absolutely nobody on the streets that time of day! Sam and Shelby are so cute together, and have so much fun with each other. They didn't stop smiling the whole time, and had so much fun just talking to each other and joking around. Sam loves to read, so Shelby wanted to do some shots at the library as well, which I think was just brilliant! They are going to have such a happy life, and I am so glad I get to be a part of it!

Sunny Bridal Inspiration Shoot (American Fork Amphitheater Bridal Photography Utah)

This winter has been long and dreary for this Arizona girl, so I enlisted the help of one of my favorite clients (really, they are all my favorites!) and asked her to model for me so that I could get some creativity flowing. I got inspired and we went to work. It was really fun, and we lucked out to be shooting on a GORGEOUS sunny evening! Thank you to all those who participated in this shoot. I am excited and ready for wedding season to start!

Welcome :) I am Heather, and thank you for stopping by! I love photography, I love my family (which consists of one very tall husband and one very red-headed little boy), and I love meeting new friends and clients! I am truly blessed.

A few random facts about me:

- I love singing and performing, and I actually studied Musical Theater in New York City once upon a time :) Come by my house on any random day and you will probably see my son and I dancing and singing while we clean the house.

- I LOVE mint ice cream and coconut frozen yogurt!!!

- In high school I was a professional Balloon Twister! I would go to restaurants on weekends and make balloon animals for adorable kids and for teenage boys trying to impress their dates :)

- I have insomnia, so if you email me at 2:00 am, you will probably hear back from me right away

- I love TV. All kinds of TV. It's an addiction.

I am a photographer who strives to capture classic, timeless images. I believe in making pictures look natural, while showing you at your best! I also believe that a photo should evoke emotion and bring back memories every time you look at it, so capturing that emotion is my main goal in every photo. I look forward to working with you!
